Chris Snowdon is the Head of Lifestyle Economics at the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA) in London, and author of the Nanny State Index. In addition, he has authored a number of books, including Killjoys (2017), the Art of Suppression (2011), The Spirit Level Delusion (2010). His work focuses on pleasure, prohibition and dodgy statistics. Chris has also authored a number of publications including ‘Sock Puppets’, ‘Euro Puppets’, ‘The Proof of the Pudding’, ‘The Crack Cocaine of Gambling’ and ‘Free Market Solutions in Health’.
