Marek Tatala is Vice-President and Economist at the Civil Development Forum, a Polish organisation dedicated to the promotion of individual freedom and rule of law. He has previously studied at the University of Bristol and the Warsaw School of Economics, where he received his MA and PhD. In 2013, he completed the Winter School in Public Policy Research Methods in India and the Think Tank MBA programme with the Atlas Network. He is a graduate of the Atlas Leadership Academy and a regular contributor to 4Liberty.eu.
