Lukas is an Adviser to the Prime Minister of Lithuania, specialising in economic affairs and strategic change management. He has sought to improve Lithuania’s healthcare through reforms to raise sector-wide efficiency and salary levels. Prior to his current position, Lukas held various managing roles at organisations championing regulatory changes to improve competition and investment environments in Lithuania. Lukas sits as a city councillor on Vilnius Municipal Council.
